The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking statements of qualifications from certified arborists and landscaping firms to provide on-call tree services. The Town has one firm on a Master Services Agreement and intends to have several firms with hourly rates on task-order contracts. The target start date for performing these services is November 2024. Non-exclusive contracts will be offered to the firms evaluated to be qualified and who provide the best value to the Town. There shall be no guaranteed minimums. Contracts will have a term of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional 1-year periods. Rate increases will be permitted once a year prior to the renewal period.
