Renovation of a medical facility in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Sealed bids to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to remove and replace existing waterclave units in the Dental Clinic on the East St. Louis Higher Education Campus of Southern Illinois University. Bids will be received from 2024 SIUE Prequalified Plumbing Contractors. Questions: All questions must be e-mailed to Teresa Shipton, tshipto@siue.edu by October 9, 2024, 12:00 p.m. prevailing time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total of their bid. A bid bond, certified check, bank draft, or cashiers' check is acceptable (personal or company checks are not acceptable). Prequalification: Bidders who have not completed and returned their SIUE prequalification statement which is valid for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, will be required to prequalify in accordance with the bidding contract provision - Document PQ00250 Prequalification Documents.
