A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Flint Housing Commission requests bid proposals for the River Park Renovations 2025 - IFB 5; located in the City of Flint. The work, in general, consist of the complete renovation of 27 vacant apartments, including but not limited to demolition work, rough & finish carpentry work, finish flooring, kitchen cabinets/ countertops, painting, plumbing & electrical work and other renovation work items as required to properly renovate the apartments for occupancy. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The Housing Commission reserves the right to accept any bids, to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bid and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Housing Commission.
