Skanska USA Building Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Addition and Renovation Project, is currently seeking to pre-qualify principal trade and specialty contractors for the Bid Packages listed below. Firms interested in the project are required to submit project-specific prequalification forms. The deadline for submission of prequalification forms for the following Bid Packages is December 13, 2024: 23A Mechanical Equipment, 01A/01B General Trades, 02A Demolition & Abatement, 02C Material & Personnel Hoist.
