Project Name Aggie Village Roof Replacement 1, 2, 3 Type of Services Architectural/Engineering Project Description North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is seeking qualified design firms to provide design services from Architectural Firms for the Aggie Village Roof Replacement 1, 2, 3. The candidates shall have extensive experience in items roof design. Project Scope A budget of $1,500,000 is approved for the project. Design Services will include total roof replacement for all three buildings located in the complex including through wall flashing at certain locations. The Residence Halls consists of a three-stories with shingled and membrane roofing materials with the exception of building 2, which is one story with a flat membrane roof. Membrane roofing systems are located at the buildings overhangs of Aggie Village1, 3. The residence hall houses approximately 420 students and was constructed in 2004.
