GUILFORD HIGH SCHOOL- CHILLER REPLACEMENT 7101 Spencer-Dixon Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455 furnish all materials and labor for the Northern Guilford High School Chiller Replacement project. Document notes: A $200 deposit is required to obtain a complete set of plans and specifications. The full deposit is refundable to contractors submitting a Bona Fide bid and returning the plans and specifications in satisfactory condition within 10 days of the bid date. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days.
