Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The EPDM overlay of the IPI Warehouse building metal standing seam roof at Correctional Facility, Fort Dodge, Iowa 50501. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for replacing the roof at the IPI Building at FortDodge Correctional Facility, 1550 L Street, Fort Dodge, Iowa 50501. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on June 3rd, 2025 and end on August 7th, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
