Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
As of october 25, 2024, project received no bids. No definite date for the rebid. The project will consist of replacing the exterior metal panel with new metal panels, electrically powered overhead doors, egress man doors, replacing the interior and exterior lighting with new fixtures. New power drops will be dispersed throughout the interior space and new internet connectivity will be provided. This project is being supported with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity No bidder may withdraw his bid within (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of The City of Dyersburg The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
