As of August 6, 2025, a general contractor has been awarded. Construction is expected to start August 18, 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project involves the construction of an 8000 square foot crisis stabilization unit to be located at 405 Wilkinson Dr Dyersburg, TN 38024. The facility will include: 8 Double-Occupancy Bedrooms with Bathrooms A day room and reception area Private Consultation Area - Dining Area Family Waiting Area Recreation Area and Outdoor Space. The estimated overall budget for the project is $7,356,874. The project is anticipated to start design work on January 15, 2025, and must be completed by December 31, 2026. The selected architectural firm will be responsible for providing full architectural design services from conceptual design through project closeout, including construction administration and coordination with relevant consultants.
