Renovation of an educational facility in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,000-square-foot educational facility.
For Dyersburg State Community College, Dyersburg, Tennessee, Replace the roof system of the E.H. Lannom Gymnasium. Project includes all related work. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 Questions shall be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid opening date. Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications. DESIGNER: UrbanARCH Associates, PC, 498 South Main, Memphis, TN 38013 Contact: Ryan Morris, AIA This project consists of the demolition and renovation of 4 existing roof areas. for the Dyersburg State Community College Gymnasium, approximately 34,000 SF and their associated components. Existing roof assemblies are a mixture of concrete and tectum deck with EPDM roof membranes. Renovations consist of installing new 2-ply roof membranes, improving roof drainage, upgrading insulation values, providing new flashing and curbs as necessary at all existing penetrations and parapets.
