Site work for a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
ISS Pump 1 Repair at Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility. Description: The contract consists of the following work for ISS Pump 1: o Remove the top half of the pump and the rotating element. o Inspect pump internal components. o Prepare the casing of the pump for recoating. o Apply metal filler to repair pits and abrasion damage in pump casing. o Restore the internal protective coating. o Change bearing oil. o Replace casing and impeller wear rings and balance rotating elements. o Replace other defective parts identified during the inspection. o Reassemble the pump. o Align the motor, coupling, and pump and perform testing and equipment startup. All work on ISS Pump 1, other than touch up painting of the pump exterior, must be completed and ISS Pump 1 must be returned to service before March 15, 2025.
