Currently, the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery is conducting more than 1,000 burials each year and is the final resting place for over 32,000 Maryland veterans and their eligible dependents. The Total bid price shall include the total fully loaded cost to provide goods and services as described in these specifications. The price shall cover performance of all requirements.
