The Department of Juvenile Services (DJS or the Department)is seeking bids for EVAC plumbing system preventative maintenance and repair services at the Cheltenham Youth Facility for a one (1) year contract term. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision professional expertise, equipment, tools Materials, supplies insurance etc. necessary to perform preventive maintenance (PM) and 24-hour Emergency service for the EVAC Plumbing Pump system per manufactures recommendation. The State of Maryland reserves the right to request from the Contractor quarterly sales data over the life of this contract. This information must include details about the recycled content, third-party sustainability certifications, and other environmental attributes of products and services sold on this price agreement per the contract specifications. Questions Due Date and Time: 10/25/2024 at 3 p.m. Local Time Contract Duration: One (1) year base period - 1/1/25 thru 12/31/25. Each bidder is encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit. At the scheduled site visit each bidder will be permitted to examine the facility, familiarize themselves with the full nature and extent of the work and obtain answers to questions about, or clarifications of this contract. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to familiarize themselves fully with the facility and the contents of these specifications. Failure to do so does not relieve the successful bidder from their obligations to comply with all aspects of the bid package for the amount they specify as their bid.
