The Department of Juvenile Services (DJS or the Department)is seeking bids for EVAC plumbing system preventative maintenance and repair services at the Cheltenham Youth Detention Center for a two (2) year contract term. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision professional expertise, equipment, tools Materials, supplies insurance etc. necessary to perform preventive maintenance (PM) and 24-hour Emergency service for the EVAC Plumbing Pump system per manufactures recommendation.
