The Butler County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive all technicalities and to reject any or all bids. 300' Sabre 3600SRWD guyed tower (or equivalent) LED Lighting-white during the day; red at night o 10'Icebridge from Tower to shelter o Climbing Ladder o Freight to Site o Erection + all concrete work in accordance with tower manufacturer specs o Tower grounding in accordance with EIA/TIA 222 Standards o Local construction permits & FCC ASR Filings 12'x 12'Fibrebond shelter (or equivalent o Concrete Slab o Freight to site & Anchoring to slab as per manufacturer requirements o Heating/Air Conditioning Unit o 200 amp service panel o Electrical work from meter to shelter panel o Coax entry ports o Overhead cable management racking system o Inside ground halo o 12,000 watt Liquid Propane Generator (installed) with connection to service panel (Generac, Onan, or comparable) o 250 gallon Propane Storage Tank o Installed AC transfer switch to generator Fencing 6' tall commercial fence with barbed wire to surround tower compound o Fencing around each guy wire o Compound Size 25'x 40'with dual gates for vehicle entry Antennas / Coax (5) - 6' Standoffs w/ Tieback and 5' Mounting Pipe Paging, VHF Ham, and Open slot on 6' Stand-offs @ top of tower DC Fire @ 280' DC LAW @ 260 (3) Qty. DB408-B Antennas (Paging, DC Fire, DC LAW) o (1) Qty. HX6-14448 VHF Antenna HAM Radio o (4) Runs of 7/8" coax to tower shack o Tower should also be spec'd for future addition of: (2) Qty. VHLP800-11 Dishes with corresponding 4 %" O.D. Leg-Type Dish Mount @ 225' o (1) Qty. VHLP1-26-1WH with corresponding 4 V2" O.D. Leg-Type Dish Mount @225' o Coax grounding kits installed on each run o All Coax to be routed with stainless steel Commscope Snapstak hangers o Installation of standoffs, antennas, and coax ran into building
