Site work for a road / highway in Anchorage, Alaska. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) requires a contractor to provide labor, equipment, and materials to complete a concrete addition to Pacific Spaceport Complex-Alaska's (PSCA) Pad C, at Area 3. 1) The Fuel Pad is to be constructed 30'x30'x 8" reinforced concrete slab. 2) Rebar placement is #5 at 12" each way. 3) Concrete for this project must be 4500 PSI or greater. 4) The water to cement ratio must be .45 or less. 5) Slump is 4+/- 1 1/2 . Air is 6+/- 1 1/2 . 6) All concrete surfaces require a "Lite Broom" finish. 7) Mid-Range water reduced to increase workability is acceptable. 8) Concrete Cylinder and slump testing is required. 9) Test frequency is one set for each day and every 50 cubic yards. Prevailing wages are required per AS 36.05.005 if the cost of the contract resulting from this RFQ exceeds $25,000. The Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, combinations of items, or lot(s), and to waive defects or minor informalities
