Detroit Marinas Excavation and Resiliency Project The project consists of the following: temporary traffic control; clearing and grubbing; environmental protection; surface water and stormwater management; infrastructure improvement and maintenance; salvage of existing structures; excavation, handling, transport, and placement of sediment materials; development of construction access roads; construction of habitat features; site reclamation; and CITY street excavation and repair. Bid date info : Bids will not be accepted after the Closing date/time as stated on page one (1) of this ITB or as may be extended by any subsequently issued Addenda. Facsimile Bids will not be allowed or accepted. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive.
