Work covered by these Contract Documents in general covers the following construction at the Owners South Shore Water Reclamation Facility, Preliminary Treatment Facility (Building 303) Replacement of 3 Primary Sludge Screens (Base Bid) involves Procurement, removal, and replacement of 3 Primary Sludge Screens complete, as specified. All questions related to this proposed contract, pre-bid presentation, site tour (if offered) or interested bidders list must be directed in writing to Millie Neidhardt, eneidhardt@mmsd.com,] no later than 7 days before the bid opening date The project contemplated generally consists of the following replacement OR rehabilitation work. Replacement of 3 Primary Sludge Screens (Base Bid) involves: Procurement, removal, and replacement of 3 Primary Sludge Screens complete, as specified. OR Rehabilitation of 3 Primary Sludge Screens (Alternate Bid) involves: Procurement, removal, and installation of equipment, augers, screens, and other required parts, as specified.
