The scope of work includes cleaning and debris removal of City owned catch basins and storm drain lines, slip-lining or replacement of storm drain pipes, reconstruction of; storm drain catch basin decks, culverts, manholes and construction of a new headwall. The scope includes an add alternate for a 48" HDPE storm drain pipe replacement at Brookside Park. The work to be performed consists of the Contractor furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the proposed project, complete in place in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications, and contract documents for the Annual Storm Drain Project FY 2025 (76920) project. The Work includes: Cleaning and debris removal of City owned catch basins and storm drain lines, slip-lining or replacement of varying sized storm drain pipes, reconstruction of; storm drain catch basin decks, culverts, manholes, construction of a concrete headwall; and miscellaneous appurtenant work. The scope also includes an add alternate for a 48" HDPE storm drain pipe replacement at Brookside Park. Such other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed, and the total contract bid price submitted shall include the cost of all such incidentals even though they are not specifically mentioned in the preceding description of work or in the Bidder's Proposal. CONTRACTOR shall provide safe and adequate pedestrian access at all times. Vehicular movement at and around all construction sites shall be provided and maintained at all times. Approved barriers and signs (traffic flagging personnel, if necessary), shall be furnished and utilized by the CONTRACTOR to ensure safety and public access to businesses at all times.
