The tenant improvement area is a 26,310 sq. ft. space. It is located on the 1st floor and consists of the Main Hospital Lobby, "The Middle," and adjacent corridors. The scope includes the demolition of the existing Security and Information Desk of the Main Hospital Lobby and the demolition of existing lighting throughout corridors. A new information desk and security desk in new locations within the lobby are to be constructed. Artificial trees are to be removed. New desk and lighting at the area referred to as "The Middle" are to be provided. New LED lighting in the corridors is to be provided.
