The intent of the RFP is to have a successful Contractor enter into an Agreement with the CRA for the desired services. The term of the initial Agreement shall be for twelve months from the start of the Agreement. The CRA will retain the option, at its sole discretion, to award up to five (5) renewal periods of one (1) year each. The selected company will provide services for two different CRA programs: Residential Beautification Program: Exterior pressure washing, minor repairs of facia board/cracks, complete exterior painting, minor landscaping and general beautification improvements for forty (40) eligible homes; and Safe At Home Program: Critical interior and exterior repairs and accessibility modifications to improve accessibility, reduce falls, increase independence, and facilitate aging-in place.
