Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Dania Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The government has the need to replace the existing steel framed awning at the entrance of SFOMF Building 10 with a new steel framed awning of the same dimensions and size as the existing awning. The replacement awning structure and truss member need to be coated with coating to prevent corrosion with aluminum roof panels attached on top. Spalling repair as necessary on columns and beams with finish to match existing. Repair stucco mesh fascia – approximately 20 foot section on 2nd floor. All must meet current Florida Building Code and UFC codes. The replacement awning structure should mimic the construction of the awning of the recent replacement of the SEATECH facility directly across from the Building 10 facility. Local building permits necessary at Dania Beach. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply.
