Site work for a water / sewer project in Georgetown, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City seeks a civil engineering firm to identify surface drainage issues in the Indian Hills Subdivision and prepare a Work Plan for repairs, remedial measures, and improvements that could be implemented by the City Public Works staff. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and/or minor immaterial defects in submitted proposals when such waiver is determined by the City to be in its best interest. Minor exceptions to the specifications established herein shall be listed in detail on a separate sheet and attached to the proposal. The City shall determine whether any exception is minor Proposals, once submitted, shall remain firm and open to acceptance by the City for a minimum period of sixty (60) calendar days. The City may request a letter from proposers granting an extension of the 60-day period. All questions related to registration for and use of the online shall be directed to Stacey Clark at stacey.clark@georgetownky.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
