As of January 2025 this project is confirmed under construction. This bid package for the Fox Park project will allow the construction of the WTCC Underground Parking Garage. Shoring, earthwork and dewatering have been awarded. This package includes all the remaining scopes at the Fox Park WTCC Underground garage at the Fox Park redevelopment area. All bids will consist of a: Completed WTCC Parking Garage Bid Form Bid scope letter using your own form describing in detail the inclusions/exclusions of the proposal In order to be considered qualified to bid the project and have a responsive bid, all bidders are required to submit 10 similar projects (size, complexity, and dollar amount) that have been completed in the last 10 years, and scope specific qualifications per the following: Waterproofing = 10 projects with similar blind-side waterproofing in an underground building within the last 3 years Concrete = 5 turnkey deliveries of concrete underground parking garage with groundwater in excess of 100,000 sf within the last 10 years. Final bid results will be available to bidders when all results have been tabulated and when the project Owner has accepted the resulting budget. The Owner and Saunders Construction, LLC reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all proposals. Please note that the Instructions to Bidders will become part of the contract documents. Any exceptions to the Instructions to Bidders must be identified at bid time.
