Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fountain Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 9, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The work of this project shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services as required to satisfactorily complete the installation of a handicapped parking space, paved handicapped ramp, fencing, 12' wide gate, handicapped striping, restoration of disturbed grass areas and all incidental items of the project in order to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. SC-2 All work shall be done in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and Drawings as prepared by Tetra Tech, Inc., 661 Andersen Drive, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15220. SC-3 All work and materials shall conform to the latest edition of the PADOT specifications, Form 408. Which generally consists of construction of a handicapped parking space,, walkway, striping and fence improvements. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Borough of Pringle reserves the right to accept, reject, modify or delete any or all items of work, as they deem necessary to award a Contract within budget limitations. Bids may be held by the Borough for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date of the Bid Opening.
