Renovation of a mixed-use development in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Middle School and Steckel Elementary School Exterior Window Replacement and Modifications Project, in the form of a single prime lump sum contract. The Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 3 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum age rates applicable to the Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. Whitehall Coplay School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive informalities as it deems best to protect its interest.
