The Whitehall-Coplay School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Steckel Elementary School and Middle School Environmental Abatement Project, in the form of a single prime lump sum contract. Existing window system and flooring abatement at Steckel Elementary School and Middle School and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Project Location: a. Steckel Elementary School: 2928 Zephyr Blvd., Whitehall, PA 18052 b. Middle School: 2930 Zephyr Blvd., Whitehall, PA 18052 The Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to the Project as promulgat- ed by the Secretary of Labor and Industry Whitehall-Coplay School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive informalities as it deems best to protect its interest.
