Scope of Work The County will select Consultants in accordance with the provisions of the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. Authorization for performance of professional services by Consultants under this project will be in the form of a written Work Order issued by the County. 2.1. Description of Services Scope of Services Continuing Professional Services Contract for Trail Projects Miscellaneous Engineering Services Under CCNA, work orders are currently limited by construction costs of $7,500,000 or study costs of $500,000. It is Seminole County's desire to retain consultants to perform, but not be limited to Trail Studies, Prioritization/Ranking, Preliminary Engineering Design, Property Acquisition, Final Engineering Design, Environmental Permitting, Signal Design, Structural, Architectural, Landscape Architecture, Lighting, and Post Design Engineering Services for trail projects. The work orders under this contract will be inclusive of surveying, mapping, soil and geotechnical analysis, structure analysis, traffic analysis and any other analysis that would be needed to produce a set of construction plans. The projects will include but not limited to: Trail Construction Projects Trail Reconstruction Projects Trail Traffic Safety Projects Sidewalks and other Bicycle and Pedestrian Projects Trail Intersection Improvements Trail Traffic signal design Trail Traffic Studies Trail Preliminary Engineering Studies Other Miscellaneous Trail Improvements Miscellaneous design support services Required Certifications/Licenses: Submitting Firms must be FDOT Prequalified in the following Work Groups listed below: 3.1: Minor Highway Design 4.1.1: Misc.
