This project includes replacing water lines, extending water lines, installing 11 community hydrants, construction 27 new 50-amp electric camp sites and 7 full hook-up sites (with water and sewer) and associated miscellaneous work. Proposal Guarantee: $37,500.00 Completion Date: 09/12/2025 Each bidder shall accompany the bid with a bid security as defined in Iowa code section 26.8. Copies of the bid security will be accepted for those bidders submitting bids electronically.
