Reference Number 0000279650 The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide as-and-when requested overhead door and loading dock leveller services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for Government owned and operated locations throughout District 1 (Winnipeg) and District 2 (South East Manitoba). Agreement Term: Contract Award - October 31, 2026 Three (3) additional one (1) year option periods available Commercial general liability insurance covering claims for personal and bodily injury, death, or damage to property arising out of any of the operations of the Contractor or its officers, employees or agents providing Services under the Agreement, or as a result of any negligent acts or omissions of the Contractor or its officers, employees or agents. This insurance shall have a minimum coverage of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence, name Manitoba, its Ministers, officers, employees and agents as additional insureds relating to the Services provided under the Agreement, and contain a cross-liability clause and provide coverage for premises and operations, completed operations, blanket contractual, extended bodily injury, broad form property damage, and non-owned automobile liability Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
