The City of Roseville is soliciting bids for the Basketball Courts Renovation Project as described in the specifications provided. Bid will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder (lump sum bid). The standards set forth in the City of Roseville Design and Construction Standards and the City of Roseville Parks Construction Standards latest editions, shall be in addition to the standards provided herein. Project Description A. Project Name and address: Basketball Courts Renovation Project Santucci Park -1831 Morningstar Drive Eastwood Park - 950 Madden Lane Silverado Park - 1430 Badovinac Drive B. Project description/scope of work: The scope of this project includes but not limited to: demolition and off-haul of existing concrete, preparation of base, forming and pouring new concrete, and striping of new courts. NOTE: existing landscape is to be preserved and protected. Any damage will need to be replaced in kind. C. The Contractor, prior to submission of his bid, shall visit the site and become familiar with the physical site conditions, the plans and specifications. All existing site conditions, apparent in a detailed, on-site inspection, shall be a part of the project. Submission of a bid shall represent the Contractor's acknowledgment of the existing site conditions and its effect on the implementation of the contract documents. Each bid shall be submitted only upon that form. Right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid or in the bidding.
