Joeris General Contractors, as Construction Manager, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals from subcontractors and suppliers for the: HEBISD L.D. Bell High School Replacement, until 3:30 pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. Proposals will be received at the offices of Joeris General Contractors, by email to bidsdfw@joeris.com. Proposals will be evaluated to determine the “best value” to the Owner, including, but not limited to consideration of price, qualifications, experience, financial capability, and safety. SCOPE OF WORK: The project will be located at the existing LD Bell High School site. Project includes construction of a ground-up 554,000 sf 3-story high school including large competition gym, storm shelter, performing arts center, and all associated fine arts and classrooms, including associated site work, practice fields, and utilities.
