Remove and Replace Pcc Sidewalk Remove and Replace Faulty Subgrade Adjust Sprinkler (as Needed) Quantity Unit 69 Sy Sy Lf Ea Ea Sf Tn Ea 236 677 3 4 150 25 3 the Amount of the Engineer's Estimate of the Cost of Said Improvements (Exclusive of Engineering, Fiscal, Legal, Interest, and Miscellaneous Costs) is $32,600.00. All Proposals Must Be Submitted on Bid Forms Furnished by E & a Consulting Group, Inc., and Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the Amount of Not Less Than $1,600 Made Payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 328 as Security That the Bidder to Whom the Contract May Be Awarded Will Enter Into a Contract to Build the Improvements in Accordance With This Notice to Contractor, and Will Give a Contract and Maintenance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Total Contract Price, All as Provided in the Specifications. Sanitary and Improvement District 328 of Sarpy County, Nebraska, Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Received and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities.
