Site work for a swimming pool in North Babylon, New York. Working plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate the Phelps Lane Pool facility located in North Babylon, which is over twenty years old. The main pool is in need of resurfacing and there is other miscellaneous rehabilitation work.. This Requires a sediment erosion Control Plan, Which May Includes Hay bales, Silt Fence and Installation of a Stabilized Construction entrance. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Made Payable to the Town of Babylon, in the Amount of, Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Comparison Price. Note: an Apprenticeship Program Approved by the Nys Dept. Of Labor is Required for All Projects in Excess of $250,000.00. This Requirement Applies to All Prime Contracts and All Their Respective Sub-contracts, Regardless of the Subcontract Amount, for All Trades Necessary to Complete the Work. Failure to Comply With This Requirement, May Be Cause for Your Bidto Be Rejected.
