Project is no longer needed.** Scope Of Work Includes But Is Not Limited To: 805 North Main Avenue: Abatement Of Asbestos-containing Cementitious Wall Panels And Window Glazing, Followed By Wetting Building Materials For Demolition. 809 North Main Avenue: Abatement Of Asbestos-containing Joint Compound, Debris Removal From A Fire-damaged Structure, And Roof Sealant Abatement. 811 North Main Avenue: Abatement Of Asbestos-containing Cementitious Wall Panels, Window Glazing, And Black Sink Undercoating, Followed By Wetting Building Materials For Demolition. Questions: All Questions Must Be Submitted Via Email To Mr. Ahern By Noon On October 10th, 2024. Responses To Questions Will Be Shared With All Bidders. Contractors Must Be Fully Licensed And Accredited For Asbestos Abatement In The State Of Alabama. The City Of Sylacauga Police Department Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids. Bidders Must Also Comply With All Relevant Local, State, And Federal Regulations Regarding Acm Removal And Disposal.
