Sylavon Towers Geothermal & HVAC Replacement Removal and replacement of existing underground Geothermal piping, interior building piping and HVAC package units at SHA’s Sylavon Towers Building, located adjacent to SHA’s Headquarters building and Sylavon Court community. The scope of work includes general construction, selective demolition, HVAC and electrical work for a complete project constructed under a single prime contract. Contractor shall provide the standard labor warranty for installation of project components. The CO will respond to all such inquiries in writing by addendum to all prospective bidders The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the Geothermal & HVAC Replacement work at Sylavon Towers, 401 West 8th Street, Sylacauga, AL 35150, as specified herein, and especially as detailed within Attachments H-1 and H-2, each attached hereto. *Ryzec Building Group is seeking qualified subcontractors for selective demolition, rough carpentry, membrane roofing repair, sliding automatic entrance replacement, gypsum, hard tile, paint, HVAC, and electrical work.
