Reference Number 0000364957 The Town of Mamaroneck is seeking proposals for a consultant design services for the evaluation of site conditions to determine appropriate measures to improve shade coverage at its existing playground and picnic area at the Town owned Memorial Park, located at Baldwin Avenue, Larchmont, NY. Installation of new playground structures and surrounding parkscape improvements were recently completed by the Town in 2023. A total of six (6) existing trees located along the southern project limits were removed due to incurred disturbance during construction activities. The Town's consultant will be asked to identify remedial measures to restore shade coverage on the playground during warm weather months.
