Site work for a water / sewer project in Larchmont, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water Main Replacement Contract VA-24-004 as set forth in the general conditions and detailed specifications. Each bidder shall deposit with his bid a certified check, cash or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of his total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to execute the form of contract and furnish the required liability insurance within ten (10) days after notice of award, the bid check, bond or cash will be forfeited to the Village of Larchmont as liquidated damages. Checks, bonds or cash of unsuccessful bidders will be held until the contract is fully executed or all bids rejected. The Village of Larchmont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informality in the proposal, as deemed advisable in the interest of the Village. The Village also reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part. For information call the Village Administrator's Office 914-834-6230. Questions must be received by 4:00 p.m. local time on October 17, 2024 to be answered.
