The CCC Holdrege Center is currently located at 1308 2nd Street, Holdrege, NE. CCC is exploring this opportunity to relocated downtown and work to grow their community engagement opportunities and strengthen the quality services they provide for the region. CCC has selected Wilkins Architecture Design Planning to lead the design and construction documentation process. A goal on this project is to create strong, versatile, teaming opportunities, within the local service area, that maximize partnerships to create the best solution to serve Phelps County and the surrounding community. As the renovation effort begins, the Construction Management team selected will be a valued partner with unique perspectives on how best to bring this project in on time and on budget. Building goals have been identified as a two-story 11,200 square feet of office space with a partial basement. Project budget currently is identified at $1.5-$1.7 million for construction. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
