Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Removal of existing pump sub-base plate and modification of existing pump base as required. Providing, delivering, and installing a new vertical turbine pump. Installing a new Owner provided 600-HP motor. Certifying, testing, and commissioning the new pump and motor. Providing submittals for Owner approval prior to shipment. Single point of contact: Submit all technical, bidding, website access, and contract questions to the Purchasing Contact, Tim Rogers, in writing via email at tim.rogers@eweb.org. DO NOT contact the project team without prior approval by the Purchasing Contact. Estimated Date of Notice to Proceed 11/13/24 EWEB reserves the right to hold the bid security of all Bidders until the Notice to Proceed is issued or for ninety (90) calendar days after bid closing, whichever is sooner (unless a longer or shorter period is specified in the Invitation to Bid. The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids for the procurement and installation of a new pump #6 replacement and the installation of an EWEB provided motor. Last Day for EWEB to Receive Questions 10/11/24
