No bid will be received or considered by the public body or any office of the public body unless the bid contains a statement by the Bidder as part of the bid that the provisions required by ORS 279C.800 to 279C. 870 shall be included in the contract. The selected Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and SUB safety rules and regulations.
