The purpose of the Project is to improve overall campus electrical capacity, infrastructure, and compliance with electrical codes to meet current and future anticipated electrical demands, and evaluate and document the campus electrical system capacity, current and future needs; this includes but not limited to preliminary electrical requirements to support the future ConRAC, Terminal C Phase 2 and Baggage Sort Facilities. The Project will design new duct bank infrastructure, electrical room modifications, and design equipment upgrades, common use eGSE charging stations and infrastructure at Airside 2 to service all gates. The Project will interface with an active airport and require coordinatization with the Aviation Authoritys partners and other ongoing projects and includes other scope, as necessary, and deemed appropriate as part of the design evolution. The Aviation Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this invitation, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
