Professional Design services (Services) to the Authority for, Selection of Design Services for ORL East Ramp Rehabilitation - Phases 1, 2 & 3 (Project) at the Orlando Executive Airport (Airport). The objective of this project is to rehabilitate the existing East Ramp at the Orlando Executive Airport as identified in the FDOT 2019 Airfield Pavement Management Program report. Construction work generally includes mill and overlay for the asphalt pavement including reconstruction for some isolated areas, associated markings, lighting and signage. For this Project, the Authority has established a DBE Participation Goal of 17%. The Project Scope, the Submission Requirements, and the Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Program for the Letters of Interest and questions regarding the Project will be reviewed at the Pre-Submittal Conference. The professional services for the Project include, but are not limited to, Scope: study, design services through bid and award, permitting, construction, and other related services necessary for the Project. The Services may include, but are not limited to, airfield design; civil, environmental, structural and electrical engineering design; utilities and infrastructure design; surveying; evaluation and documentation of existing conditions; verification of as-built conditions including field verification of all existing above and underground utilities; cost estimating and scheduling; technical studies; permitting (horizontal, airspace, SJRWMD, city and all other applicable); construction administration and resident engineering; and all other related services including coordination with the Authority, its Consultants, the City of Orlando, FAA, FDOT and all agencies having jurisdiction over the Project.
