Collection System Repairs Phase II The construction required will consist of provision of all labor, equipment and materials which are necessary to complete the described work as follows: Name QP-617 Have a question The construction will include replacing 280-feet of 8" sanitary sewer with new 8" sanitary sewer on a piling foundation support system. The construction will also include replacing 1 manhole, 2 manhole castings and covers, and 3 service laterals. The total estimated cost of construction is $900,000.00. The contractor is to initiate construction and mobilize within 30 days from the notice to proceed. Failure to meet milestones will result in liquidated damages. The total contract duration for each project is 300 calendar days. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of 1) a certified check, or cashier's check, or letter of credit, equal to 10% of the bid; 2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid, both forms of guaranty as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the project specifications. The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination of bids that is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
