Sealed bids will be received by the City of Canton (the "City"), as provided in this notice for the City Hall Air Handler Replacement Project (the "Project"), Ordinance 157/2023. Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@ cantonohio.gov. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. All bidders will be required to comply with the City Contract Compliance Program regarding equal employment opportunity. After submission and opening, no bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility Question Deadline 10/23/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@cantonohio.gov.
