Site work and paving for a road / highway in Waxahachie, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 41,985 SY of 8" - 4,000 psi concrete street pavement on approximately 46,236 SY of 8" lime stabilized subgrade and 45,621 SY of 6" - 4,000 psi concrete pavement on approximately 49,713 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade, all on approximately 96,076 SY of 6" cement stabilized flexbase, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances, all per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Waxahachie specifications to serve 369 lots on approximately 107 acres. The project is located approximately 2,600 feet West of the intersection of West Sterrett Road and East Highland Road, in City of Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas. The deadline to ask questions is 5/14/2025 5:00 PM CST Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretations of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications and Plans, must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer, prior to two (2) business days before the Bid Opening. Answers to all such requests will be given in writing to all bidders, in addendum form, and all addenda will be bound and made a part of the Contract
