Prairie Ridge Phase 2C - Grading The work consists of providing labor, material, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Prairie Ridge Phase 2C Grading Operations The project is located in Ellis County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1 in Ellis County Texas. The Site may be reached by traveling south on US Highway 67, following signs for Cleburne, then taking the exit to US-287 North/Old Forth Worth. Follow the US-67 frontage road for approximately 0.2 miles, then making a right turn onto US-287 Business North/Old Forth Worth Road. In approximately 0.1 miles, turn right to merge onto US-287N. Continue on US-287N for approximately 3.0 miles, then turn left at the median opening onto Prairie Ridge Blvd. Continue on Prairie Ridge Blvd approximately 1.0 miles to reach the project location. Site is located on the south side of Prairie Ridge Blvd. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Project scope includes approximately 77,000 cubic yards of unclassified excavation of and lot grading of 99 residential lots.
