Site work and renovation of a civil project in Waxahachie, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of site civil work, flexbase pavement installation, generator and electrical improvements at the raw water pump station, electrical improvements at the Howard Surface Water Treatment Plant, decant pump station electrical improvements, and coordination with Oncor regarding modification of the existing servce at the raw water pump station and high service pump station. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national, state bank or savings and loan in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, payable without recourse to the City of Waxahachie, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surely, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance bond and payment bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. The notice of award of contract will be given by the Owner within sixty (60) days following the opening of bids. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond upon the form provided in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price and a Material and Labor Payment Bond upon the form provided in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety or other sureties acceptable to the Owner. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after date on which bids are opened.
