Jacobs SCADA Engineering is providing the engineering design and SCADA programming for the Project, primarily from their Corvallis, Oregon, office. They will assist Medford Water during construction by reviewing submittals, requests for information, periodic site visits, SCADA programming and deployment, and other related activities. Construction Budget The construction cost estimate, developed during conceptual design, ranged from $4.8 to $6.5 million. Services will include, but are not limited to pre-construction work, design collaboration, construction management and construction services for improvements to, reservoirs, pump stations, pressure reducing stations, remote valves, and meter facilities. The project will have three construction packages with separate preconstruction fees and a separate Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for each construction package.
