Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope Includes: Remove old asphalt by grinding, excavating, or other means as necessary and dispose in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. Contractor is responsible for obtaining locates for underground utilities. Dig out tree roots and back fill with base/sub base materials as needed. Provide and install new asphalt paving, concrete parking bumpers, and striping for the area specified in this document. Striping to match existing. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier’s check drawn on a bank in good standing, a letter of credit or a Bid Bond issued by a surety company authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Oregon, in an amount not less than five (5%)percent of the total amount of the proposal submitted. This check, letter or Bid Bond shall be given as a guarantee that if awarded the Contract, the successful Bidder will execute the attached contract and furnish a properly executed performance bond in the full amount of the contract price within the time specified. Bid opening is the same as bid close date. Project must be completed before June 30th 2025. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all Bids. Additionally, a Bid not accompanied by a required Bid Security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or a Bid, which is in any way incomplete or irregular, is subject to rejection.
